How to prevent the stone from scratching

- Mar 21, 2018-

1. Pay attention to cleaning

Suggest each grinding grinding, pumping machine will clean up the ground, avoid emery particle residue caused by subsequent scratches. At the same time, it should be all grinding machines with slurry, water washed and cleaned by pumping machine.

Cleaning the ground and grinding machine, this step, especially after the 50#, 150#, 300#, 500#, must be lapped.

2, full cover grinding

In order to ensure that the grinding is uniform and meticulous and no dead angle is left, full cover grinding is recommended. The width of the grinding machine is used to cover the area above 1/3 of the last lapping each time.

3、采用统一的机械和磨片

When grinding, try to use the same kind of mechanical grinding and the same manufacturer.

4. Keep the scene neat and tidy

In site construction, the situation is complicated. The phenomenon of cross construction is everywhere. All kinds of dust, mud sand, cement and gravel on the bottom of the foot will cause accidental scratch on the ground. Especially in the North construction, the wind and sand are larger, and the external influence is greater. Therefore, the construction site should pay attention to cleaning the dust and prohibit the unrelated personnel from entering and leaving, especially after grinding to 300#.

5. Check in time

In the grinding optimization stage, such as 150# or 200# section, after grinding, the workers should check the ground in time to see if the scratch appears and to solve the problem in time.

Tip: if a grinding section, suddenly scratch, in general, can determine the disc itself with coarse particles. This check sheet, and fine needle grinding on coarse particles will pick apart, can continue to use.

Following the above ideas and methods, you can try to avoid scratches produced during grinding.
