In the L and U cabinet, the table should be made up of more than two pieces of plate, and the stitching position is selected in the corner. It is not possible to use a monolithic solid lumber made of processing, because the L type solid plate is easily broken under the heat expansion and contraction or mechanical stress.

3. hole, trench

The opening hole should be selected in the factory as far as possible according to the measuring drawing, reducing the hole opening, and selecting the round angle opening, the cracking rate is the lowest.

If channel location and the distance between the top seam less than 150mm, the area of wood or artificial stone pad need support reinforcement.

The ban on cross cutting the cutting angles at right angles; cutting tools, please use cold water, avoid cracks.

The basin range hole should be left around the 3-5MM gap, so as to avoid the small hole extrusion cause cracking, and to prepare for later processing to expand.

4. end face polishing

The grinding and polishing must be done at the same level with other parts. The polishing should be performed at a uniform level. When polishing, it is necessary to use cold water tools to avoid breakage of plates due to heat and strictly prohibit the surface grinding of quartz stone.

5. level

The floor cabinet must guarantee the level, the up and down error is less than 1.5MM, the full pad must be solid to ensure the same level and no deformation. Between the board and the cabinet can't have overhead, such as no cabinet, must support in the overhead; the whole cabinet level requirements: the absolute value is less than or equal to 0.5mm between two adjacent, the absolute value is less than or equal to the overall 3 mm.
